BTW installing UECW fixes the Lua errors, but is still broken.

disable dynamic kill icons for all players for now
reason: too much screen flickering caused by generating icons on-the-fly
even with all weapon and attachment models cached it still happens

kill icons for arc9 poly arms
when you disable dynamic kill icons for arc9 it will show a generic kill icon.
this fixes that problem.
