- add missing resource.AddWorkshop for Verdana font
- add player's avatars (with open profile functionality)
- removed SteamID section
- added ability to mute players
- increased player name character limit (scoreboard-wise)
- added sorting by number of kills
- added server current map to scoreboard

make the toggle be done through a desktop icon
...
instead of double clicking C which is very annoying.
also removes chat messages that just clutter the chat.

disable dynamic kill icons for all players for now
...
reason: too much screen flickering caused by generating icons on-the-fly
even with all weapon and attachment models cached it still happens

...
when you disable dynamic kill icons for arc9 it will show a generic kill icon.
this fixes that problem.
