2f37ee5b8e add DamageTypeHandled for various nands
DMG_BUCKSHOT damage will get DMG_BULLET added for impact effects
you can now add DMG_BLAST to make your bullets go boom
enabled by default, disable by setting SWEP.DamageTypeHandled
or att.Override_DamageTypeHandled

Also Override_ImpactEffect and Override_ImpactDecal works now, neat

8ecbe52e0b Add att.AbbrevName
AbbrevName is a shortened name that shows up on attachment lists.
Pack makers can use this to avoid scrolling text without adding ambiguity.

0. hehe shakey gun experiment
1. I have no idea how guarantee laser works or if it even did. Neverless it's extra guaranteey if you are in irons because it wasn't before.
2. Nullcheck that balls
3. TheJ for clients so they know where the gun is
4. TheJ would be in the holosight code but it factors in ActiveAng and that's bad

2d931734a3 ...There are barely any cases of actually multiplying an animation to zero-seconds....
This instead hurts and breaks weapons with idle animations with just one frame
