Also suppress an annoying message from elasticsearch, seems to have
been added in a recent version.
The default was false anyways, it's just the message that now also shows up
ruby-installs are user specific, which means that the vagrant
user won't pick up the correct installed ruby version.
Instead it will use the one provided by the system
