[Rails] Remove currently broken binstubs
Your `bin/bundle` was not generated by Bundler, so this binstub cannot run. Replace `bin/bundle` by running `bundle binstubs bundler --force`, then run this command again. Also updated bin/bunlder so that newly added ones could theoretically run. Remove bin/update because it is not useful for docker environments.
